40% Long Carbon Fiber Reinforced Modified PPS (PPS LCF40)
Product Overview
PPS LCF40 is a high-performance engineering thermoplastic based on Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) reinforced with 40% long carbon fiber. PPS inherently offers excellent chemical resistance, dimensional stability, and thermal stability, allowing it to maintain mechanical performance in long-term high-temperature environments. This material is toughened for improved impact absorption while retaining high rigidity. Importantly, PPS LCF40 meets the UL 94 V-0 flame retardancy standard, effectively preventing flame spread and enhancing safety in automotive and electrical applications. It is well-suited for precision structural parts and metal replacement under harsh operating conditions.
