45% Long Carbon Fiber Reinforced PAEK (PAEK LCF45)

Product Overview

PAEK LCF45 is a high-performance engineering thermoplastic based on polyaryletherketone (PAEK), reinforced with 45% long carbon fiber. PAEK offers exceptional wear resistance, chemical resistance, dimensional stability, and thermal performance, maintaining its mechanical integrity under extreme conditions. With long carbon fiber reinforcement, its rigidity and creep resistance are significantly enhanced while retaining good impact toughness. PAEK LCF45 meets the UL 94 V-0 flame retardant standard, effectively preventing flame spread. It is ideal for safety-critical, high-load structural applications in electronics, automotive, aerospace, and advanced industrial sectors.
