40% Long Carbon Fiber Reinforced Nylon 12 (PA12 LCF40)
Product Overview
PA12 LCF40 is a high-performance engineering thermoplastic designed for lightweight structural applications. Compared to traditional short fiber reinforced materials, long carbon fibers significantly improve rigidity, fatigue resistance, and creep performance while maintaining good processability and stable dimensional accuracy. The PA12 base itself features low moisture absorption, making it ideal for humid or outdoor environments.
